When is Eid al-Fitr 2027? The date by calendar authority
Four calendar authorities have published Tuesday 9 March 2027 as 1 Shawwal 1448, the first day of Eid al-Fitr, and two governments list Wednesday 10 March as the holiday. Saudi Arabia's religious announcement waits for the crescent, so it has no date yet.

Diyanet lists Monday 8 March as arefe, the eve of the feast; that it calculates years ahead is from Wikipedia's Islamic calendar article. We found no UK body with a published 2027 date. In the UK, as in many places, mosques announce Eid after the crescent is looked for at the end of Ramadan.
Why the date can be 9, 10 or 11 March
Eid al-Fitr is the day after the last fast, so its date depends on the day Ramadan started and on whether the month has 29 or 30 days. By Umm al-Qura, Ramadan 1448 starts on Monday 8 February and has 29 days.

Where Eid waits for a sighting, the new crescent is looked for after sunset on 29 Ramadan. If it is seen, Eid is the next day. If not, the month is completed to 30 days (Wikipedia, Eid al-Fitr). With the Umm al-Qura start, 29 Ramadan is Monday 8 March, so that evening decides between Tuesday and Wednesday. Saudi Arabia works this way. Its Umm al-Qura calendar is for administration, while official committees look for the crescent to start each month (Wikipedia, Islamic calendar), so the Saudi announcement can differ from the printed calendar.

Eid al-Fitr in Arabic, and the Eid takbir
عِيد الْفِطْر (ʿid al-fitr) means the feast of breaking the fast. It is 1 Shawwal, the tenth month. On the way to the Eid prayer, Sunni Muslims recite the takbir aloud and stop when the prayer begins. Wikipedia's Eid al-Fitr article gives this form:
